We use a large black light for each batch of finished oils. When brewing large volumes, it does make it more difficult to inspect every single vial, but we do try our best. This is why it’s important to use high quality filters and change them often.
The few reports that we’ve ever received of floaters looked to be small filter fibers, which was a lesson on just how often they should be changed when brewing at this volume.
I can’t recall the last time we’ve even had a report.
