My payment went through on the 24th and it just finished processing this morning, so about a week? Only ordered 6 vials... Probably also depends on what exactly you ordered too

I was just curious how long orders take to generally process? I understand bigger orders are more important, but I've been processing for a week now.

This is not acurate ive posted about this before . we usually dont update the order to complete umntil after it has shipped and has been on the way for a few days . This has been misinterperated many times . 50 % of our customers think that because its showing processing that it hasnt shipped , Thats not acurate we normally ship next day unless we get backed up then its the following day but thats rare. If we mark the order complete right after it ships we get a bunch of emails customers woried there pack is lost because the order is marked complete and they havent received anything

so just to reiterate If your order is still marked processing it has most likely shipped . 1-2 days after payment your order will ship

Im Having the same Issue after the payment get complete I went to the website it is saying a order cancelled, it is a scam?

so I have posted about this many times . when using bitcoin sometimes payment can fluctuate . I recommend using the barcode rather then copy ans pasting because if BTC flutuates more then 5% The site may not see the order and cancel it . Orders can also cancel if it takes to long to go through or if you choose a low fee But
CANCELED ORDERS ARE NOT AN ISSUE . If you send payment and your dosent update and cancels just email with the order number and payment info and i can manually update it real simply . most of the time I se the payment and update the order before the customers even email . the ones I dont see are payments that come inn 6 hours later . most of the time its because a low fee was chosen . If you choose high priority it normally goes right through

Thank you for saying that mate . we answer emails all day long . we get a ton so it may take us a minute to get back and on the weekends maybe a bit longer . we do have families. If I dont return an email in an hour I get guys coming here posting " still waiting for pharma to get back to me or send me my stuff " with a sad face emoji LOL I mean we return all emails same day and every single order ships in 24 hrs after it was received unless we are backed up then it ships the following day which is rare for us . can you imagine ?? I mean us backed up is 2 days shipping . we are actually as close to amazon prime as you can get but dudes still be upset trying as hard as they can to cancel you .

Update: I got a response from Pharma. I could have been jumping the gun a little bit. But I do know I’ve been burned one to many times. Pharma has been a great source, and this has only been their first hiccup I’ve experienced. Will keep everyone updated on pack landing!

You Think??? bro because your gun shy that gives youn the right to come here and make it seem like were not shipping orders or returning emails ?? We return emails every day , there is never a day that we just ignore emails . I don't know who you were emailing but it wasn't me . I know because I spend 15 hrs a day going it . answering emails and making sure everyones order gets out on time. I don't post for a few days and this is what I see when I go to post . we are not one of those companies that says fucklit tomorrow is another day . Thats not us . we put alot of time and effort into customer service . during the week email responses are in hours on the weekend it may be longer we do have families and we actually do sleep once and a while . But to say your not getting a response leads me to believe its highly exaddurated, your super impatient or your contacting the wrong email. Im not even sure what Hi cup your referring to ? emails and orders are as they have always been nothing has changed .

PharmaHGH has always been responsive to my emails and quick on the turn around. Most recent order was less than 4 weeks ago. Ordered & paid on 2/10; received on 2/15. Seriously, that is insanely fast when considering the nature of the transaction.

Guys listen let me explain our process if you care to read .

During normal business hours we will usually get back to you and answer emails within a few hours, more often then not much sooner . After regular business hours email return times will slow but we are still here answering emails usually up to 8pm . we need some down time guys. weekends . Saturdays are normally like a weekday and Sundays will be like after hours a little slower responses . we have families as well .

As pertaining to orders and the website . when ordering its always best to make sure you get an order number and a copy of your payment receipt or at least easy access to it as well as the HASH ID# those will come in handy if anything were to happen like the order canceled but you sent payment . I will easily be able to look it up and mark it processing once payment is found . There are some reasons an order can cancel and payment not seen by the website . 1 is you used the copy and paste method and not the barcode and BTC fluctuated in that time . 2 you chose a low mining fee . this can delay payment and order will time out. I recommend using the barcode if you can That being said its no problem for me to update any canceled order very easily . your sending payment to our BTC wallet the same as if you send it to the address I give you If you order though email . all I have to do is look up the payment and mark it processing . Thats where having that info comes in . just email it to me

processing or complete on the website . An order marked processing is for your reference showing your order wasn't canceled and is processing or on the way . It does not mean order hasn't shipped . Marking an order complete is more for us then you . we don't mark it complete usually until we know its arrived and you have it . Its more a reference for us.

shipping . All orders are shipped 24hrs after payment was received occasionally it can take 2 days and allow me to explain why . The reason we need that second day sometimes, very rarely , is not because the order is not ready its for OPEC reasons . I cant describe why on here but if you would like to know the details you can email me and I will be happy to go further into detail about this. Trust me this is for our good but for yours as well . you don't want a source who is inexperienced and pays little attention to OPSEC we do not play games when it comes to this . If its a matter of you trashing us all over the boards or shipping and breaking our protocol . we will choose to hold it every time . This is not to spook anyone . we have been doing this a long time and have solid protocols that we do not break for any reason

If for any reason orders are behind we will always post on here . if we are going to be down a day, or a week or whatever we will always follow protocol, contact the mods and make a post . our goal is to remain as transparent as we can without jeopardizing our opsec protocols and maintain the higest level of customer service, and product quality we always have had

This is not to complain, believe me all of you I'm very grateful for even the ones that are impatient and give us a hard time. I'm very understanding . I know what its like to be on the other end. I did it for many years before I got tired of it and decided to open shop . I will be posting this on our front intro page as well

Maybe it's just the industry I'm in? I do commercial construction and 80% of the stuff we use is 4-6 weeks out. Since covid happened certain things are 21 weeks out and even 50 weeks out for lead times... I'm ok waiting a week or so for something I've ordered hahaha

And yeah, as soon as your website said it was done processing, I had it in 2 days. Shipping times ain't an issue so unless someone gets bunk gear or it's been like 5 weeks I'm not really needing to hear about it

Ok well I will say this by absolutely no means did I want to bad mouth your company or you. I have used you guys so many times and enjoy how smoothly dealing with you is. How ever to come on here and start ranting, and raving, and getting upset because I had some concerns. I was not the only one that was getting concerned. My pack from you to me has never taking more than 3 days. This go around it took 7 days. That’s super out of the norm. I can also post my emails that went directly to you. I sent you a message, and didn’t get anything in return till the following evening of the next day. I will say this. I should have waited a lil longer before posting on your thread and that’s my fault. I did not want to cause problems or make people weary of your company and how it conducts business. Yea I get very uneasy now because sadly I’ve been burned multiple times from sources in our forum. I want people to know when I’d your reading this. This company is 110% legit and always come through. I’ve gotten bloods done with there products and every thing has came back with flying colors. I jumped the gun, and assumed before actually knowing. By no means should you not order from this company. They are fantastic people, and provide too Teir service. They have always come through and continue to. My package did finally arrive but it showed up 7 days later. That’s completely out of there hands. They are not Amazon. Besides this package all have arrived it a 2-3 day delivery. Once again I’m sorry that I caused any people to get upset, and will 110% own up to my mistakes.
