Placed an order through the website March 19th. Payment confirmed.
March 22; email said my package had been handed to a carrier
April 7th: emailed asking for a tracking number
April 8th: Received a tracking number
May 14th: Tracking still not even in system "This number can’t be found at this moment. It’s not available in the carrier’s system yet. Please check back later.
May 14th: Emailed customer service for a refund, was told:
"95% of cases orders from Singapore are delivered in a consecutive month. They usually dispatch the batch of packages at once and close borders again for the certain amount of time.
International Warehouse 1 Singapore route is the most problematic unfortunately.
Please accept this 30% discount code in compensation for this unfortunate situation…"
Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. We are always happy
It’s been about two months, this is absurd, there is no evidence that any package has even handed to a carrier or is in motion.
I’M ASKING AGAIN, WOULD LOVE A REFUND AT THIS POINT.
I’m pretty patient and understanding, I think 2 months is fair enough. I have got packages faster from farther away while waiting for this.
