Thru all this time we’ve had around 98% successful deliveries on first attempt. And should anything happen, we will re-ship package with extras.

In 12 years in business, not a single customer can say that they lost a dime with us. This is not changing anytime soon.

Every source has been having delays because of the pandemic, we’re no different. Things should be close to normal from now on from majority of the warehouses.

We wouldn’t be who we are if we had been wronging people right and left like you’re accusing us of doing. Source bashing is just a bad habit of some members of this forum who think it makes them “look cool”.

UPDATE:

I received my order. Turn around time was 78 days…

During that time I was given a store credit for the amount of my order (have not used it).

The other kind of shitty thing is my order was packed incorrectly.

I am missing 2 packs of cialis that I paid for an instead one pack of 100mg viagra was included (which I would have to break into tiny pieces, who TF takes 100mg?

ANYWAY, it is what it is… I would be pleased to use the store credit and order the stuff that’s missing and use a different warehouse but literally all of the pharma ancillaries i use (cialis, adex, accutane, ect etc etc) all ship from the same 2 warehouses in singapore. I could try the EU or UK warehouse for more realibility but they only serve UGL oils and overpriced UGL orals, which I wouldn’t buy international.

ALL IN ALL, I’m not mad I never order anything international that is time sensitive, the wait was way too long, and the order wasn’t packed right, but eventually I will use the store credit and buy something and it will feel good.

Sorry to hear. 50mg and 100mg are normal dosages for sildenafil, so it would be either half tab or entire tab, not tiny pieces. Please remember that sildenafil and tadalafil are dosed differently.

We offer most ancillaries from several other warehouses, including pharmacy grade arimidex and isotretinoin from INTL warehouse #2 (see links) and other options from EU warehouses. As you know, you can use store credit already issued to your account to purchase from those locations which are operating normally and on schedule.

Thanks. I check that email daily, but using our “contact us” is usually faster and more accurate, since it goes straight to our customer service dept.

Ah man, this thread and the reviews are making me so sketched out now. Got drunk last night and decided to start a new cycle. Friend showed me steroidify and I decided fucked it, i’ll try it out. Reviews looked fine so I ordered.

Checked it out this morning and most of the positive reviews I found seem real suspicious and the negative ones all harped on the same thing: bad tracking info, no response, extreme delays.

I find out the lady I sent the money gram to cashed it after like 2 hours and I’ve heard absolutely nothing else about it. After reading through the reviews earlier and seeing this thread I feel like I got screwed. Maybe a source on here will take pity and give me a little discount. I realize that it’s real early so far but I definitely wouldn’t have bought it if I wasn’t drunk at the time, shits giving me anxiety.

For the past 12 years, we’ve had the same policy of re-sending or refunding in store credit if package didn’t arrive in 30 days. How would we have survived if all of our packages took several months to be delivered? This doesn’t really make any sense.

We’re an international source for most products we sell and for most of our customers, so you will not be receiving products in 2 days. But your statement is not true at all. 98% of our packages are delivered in timely fashion. Those that are not, are covered by our very permissive re-shipment/refund policy.

Only thing we changed during the pandemic is 30 days to 60, but that’s temporary.

Read through the thread and use your own judgement based on how the rep has handled past concerns. The biggest issue with these guys has been getting your pack within a reasonable timeframe and their approach to refunds when it’s delayed/doesn’t come. If you want to be certain, ask the rep how you’d be compensated if the pack didn’t make it by next week — that should give you the info you need to make your decision.

Should be fairly quick once it’s shipped. Can take few days to process payment, especially if you use WU or MG.

For more precise info, please ask customer service, as I don’t deal directly with orders.

There’s no issue with our approach to refunds.

Since 2008 we have the very same policies of re-ship/refund, which are well written in our FAQs.

Not a single customer can claim that they lost money with us, in these 12 years in business.
