The biggest issue with these guys has been getting your pack within a reasonable timeframe and their approach to refunds when it’s delayed/doesn’t come.
There’s no issue with our approach to refunds.

Since 2008 we have the very same policies of re-ship/refund, which are well written in our FAQs.

Not a single customer can claim that they lost money with us, in these 12 years in business.
The problem is your “policies”. Most people don’t want to wait 2 months for their pack not to arrive, only to have to reorder and wait again once that happens. Store credit isn’t a true refund, it’s another way of saying you reship the pack with an added burden (reordering yourself) if the pack doesn’t show up.

It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been around, stop saying that in response to every single negative comment - it doesn’t change anything about what I said.

Every customer should get acquainted with our policies before placing an order. Our policies are more permissive than most, since we allow more than one re-ship/refund and often do it without the need of a seizure letter.

Packs have been taking up to 2 months during the pandemic. These are not typical times. 98% of our packages have always arrived in 10-18 days in these 12 years we’ve been in business.

With all due respect, sir. As much as you have the right to post what you want here within rules, so do I. To Steroidify, it’s important that everyone knows how much time we’ve been in business and that we’re not a fly by night operation by any means. Do you happen to have an outstanding order with us, by any chance?

We ship and deliver hundreds of packages each day to most countries on the globe. 2-3% of the packages are lost or seized. Those customers get a re-ship or refund in store credit. These have been our policies since 2008. It’s hard for me to understand what the fuzz is about here and why you’re giving us this amount of crap. He ordered $70 in products, got $85 in store credit and ordered again. Now he’s waiting for his package with normal delays due to the pandemic.

What’s not fair about this?

But hey, if our re-ship/refund policies are different from what you expect, you can always use the next guy. We’re not forcing you or anyone else to order from us. We can simply state that no one has lost money with us, which is true.

Our products and services are praised on over 30 bodybuilding forums. You’ll have a hard time finding a forum where we’re not present. Very rarely you’ll see someone complaining. But apparently here you get cool points by bashing sources non-stop.

And BTW, we’ve been around for over 12 years, with hundreds of thousands of orders delivered worldwide. We’re also the source with most products tested bar none.

If you’re confused on what the issue is, it’s because you’re not listening. The issue the community has is specifically with the verbiage of “refund” being used in place of where the community expects “store credit” to be used, and from what I can tell is what this entire debacle boils down to. This idea that any mention of your name needs to be tethered to a current order is asinine when the observations (read, not accusations) are lobbied. Further, I don’t see how the users pack not being shipped yet is the fault of the USPS.

That is just absurd. Sending a refund via bitcoin (which is how customers are expected to pay) does not compromise safety.

I honestly don’t know if that’s the case or not, as I’m not an expert in bitcoin or online payments.

What I do know is that we’ve had this policy since 2008 and it’s very clearly stated in our FAQs.

Tracking says that your package has been delivered. I asked confirmation thru email but you have not replied. Emailed moderation as well, but no reply from them either.

AFAIK, we have no outstanding orders with any members of this board.

You’re simply using the wrong word. In no way shape or form is store credit a refund. Here’s an example:A man buys a computer and returns it as it doesn’t turn on. He returns it as on the reciept it mentions a 30 day refund policy. After bringing the computer back the computer store gives the man chocolate bars (store credit) that equal the same value of the computer. This is essentially what you are doing. A refund in chocolate bars, just like a refund in store credit is not a refund. Instead, phrasing like “In the event of seizure a reshipment may be chosen or an equal value store credit will be provided” would be acceptable.

To make a purchase with us, you buy store credit that you use as you please. If there’s a problem, we offer a refund of the store credit you purchased.

That’s how we do business. It’s written in plain English in our FAQs.

I’m not telling you it’s the best way or that you need to purchase from us.
