Currently 12 days in with no pack. 9 business days. I will preface that I used the website and was unsure if I had put my APT number down which is a big deal where I'm located. If that's not included, I won't get the pack. Sent an email the same day to confirm the correct address. They responded 3 days later. Sent another email and they confirmed shipping on the first. As of right now, I'm without a pack.

The package has finally landed. A bit longer then the 3-5 days you normally see on here however everything made it in. The product is great as always and they even through me in an air head. Not sure if that's a shot at me or if they just want me to have some intra-workout sugars lol. But regardless, product is in my hands and everything is all good.
Glad everything arrived as expected. The candy is our normal kicker - nothing special lol. I looked into your tracking and it appears outside of the unit # delay your package sat in a transit center for a few days during shipment. This happens sometimes and it's entirely out of our hands but I do hate to see it happen. Shoot me an email and I'll get you a store credit for the mishap.
