So basically I've been having low back pain for about a week. It started with a whip feeling in the muscle while I was washing my teeth lol.. Of course I can't work out and it fucks my regular routine to the point where it bothers being on my feet
Any tips to relieve this? A particular stretch or movement, a particular drug.. any advice can help. Thanks!
