cros can greatly effect the way you feel physically, mentally, and hormonal though. There are more reasons than just muscle growth to have a balanced diet with good P/F/C ratio

I don’t disagree. There’s definitely other reasons to have a good diet. Especially on gear. Cholesterol comes majorly into play. That said, my point about macros is simply that macros don’t effect rather you lose weight or grow. Other than protein.

You’re a fucking idiot lol. Nothing you’re saying is truth. Just because there’s YouTube videos of big names eating pizza and ice cream. Stay fat and small

It's hilarious how hard the newbs push back against truthful information.

I inquired about his macros because for someone who would ask a question as the OP did, it lets me know if he ACTUALLY knows how much he's eating day in and day out, it's a probing question.

I do agree with most of what you said about macros on a wide lense view .

Promise if you stand next to me, I won’t be the one looking like a newb lmao

This is literally the "I rep ur max bro" e-stat mentality. I am absolutely positive that you have no clue what you're doing and lack any sort of desirable/impressive physique and/or lifts/athletic feats.

With the small amount of initial information provided I can only speculate, but I will try to answer as best as I can.

For many people training six days a week is too much volume to recover from in regards to putting on muscle tissue. On top of that, intensity is another factor to consider - has there been adequate stimulus to force growth? Doing movements in the gym with no planned progression is another. Are you getting better in the gym at the exercises you've selected? Are you eating enough for the amount of energy you're expending daily? Some things to consider.

OP, with the information you've provided I'd suggest reducing your weekly training volume. Try four days a week and see what happens. Be more selective with the exercises you choose, take the sets further, stick to them for a good couple months and run them to the ground.

Regardless if you're natural or enhanced, anyone can make the scale go up if you're consuming enough calories to facilitate growth. It's probable you're not eating enough my friend.

TL;DR: Lower your overall training volume and increase your calories. Good luck!

But if he’s on gear … in theory, shouldn’t the recovery time essentially go out the window?

It doesn't go out the window, if he is training 6 days a week balls to the wall and not eating enough, or if his CNS is shot because he's been doing that for a while strength is going down and stimulus goes down ...so reducing volume is a good idea

That’s true, I didn’t account for not eating enough.

Imagepb, you are definitely right that recovery time is enhanced on PED's, but the energy output : input equation still stands. For someone with a faster metabolism, that much weekly volume can sometimes dig them in a hole that they can't eat enough throughout the week to get out of. It's kind of like mowing your grass every single day and expecting a perfect lawn, hahaha.

What's your bodyfat at and what was it pre-bulk, has it gone up or down or pretty consistent. Has your workload increased, decreased, or remained the same since your bulk start? What were your calories pre bulk ( approx)
Pre bulk I was 10-12% I’m now 19% BF. Calories prebulk were 2350 and that was keeping me at 180 lbs. that answers all your questions. Now my turn to ask a question. I’m at 19% body fat now, should I say f*** bulking and cut? I read an article that says this “Men should strive to have less than 12 percent body fat before bulking.”

at that height, I would recommend lowering your fat and carb intake. cyclic keto worked best for me.

also, my favorite cut stack is tren and test. nothing else really needed
