Hey guys I’m 24 years old 230lbs, I came off test about a year ago and got several bloodwork since than which showed my test and estrogen and all my other bloodwork to be normal.

I took some aromasin last in January due to some puffy nipples and since than haven’t touched an ai.

Since than I’ve got bloodwork of my e2 and test which show they are in normal range but the only problem is the last few months I’ve been feeling awful to the point where I have no energy to workout or do anything, truly belive this is one of the worst things in the world cause I litreally feel like death 24/7.

I’ve basically narrowed it down to being crashed estrogen as i have extremely dry stiffness all over, foggy brain, depression and no energy.

Any advice on what to do? The only thing is intense working out may give me a boost in test but I literally have no energy to even workout because my body is so dry and exhausted. Thanks in advance.

I’ve been doing eevrything else I can to feel better, sleep 8-10 hours, Keto diet with no carbs, lose all excess muscle mass, etc. and still feel awful when i wake up

I’ve gone to the doctors and they said that the only thing that can cause low energy is sleep apnea and the endcrognolgist I went to said she’s never had a patient for crashed estrogen.

Quick note: For years I use to workout hours everyday at this exact bodyweight and feel good and have energy, around 220-230lbs wha’ts changed this around? I can only assume its the crashed estrogen as all my blodwork checks out good.

You felt good on Test right? So start taking testosterone again and see how you feel.

I felt better and decent but I hate the water retention that I get from test, I look fatter and worse when I’m on it.

Plus I don’t want to keep injecting myself and want to stay off.

There are too many words here. You said your estrogen is in range, but also say you think it’s crashed? Get another blood test and report back.

This, You can’t go on symptoms alone. another blood test to check for E is ~50 from pivatemd if you’re in the states.

After that you have some routes to take: Doctor to get prescribed Test assuming you’re not producing test/estro; go back on test; redo a pct.

Track your sleep with a smart watch to make sure you’re getting enough sleep.

There could be a shit ton of reasons you feel like shit. As someone else said, sleep apnea could be one. You think your estrogen is crashed, take some dbol and you’ll find out if it was or wasn’t. And if it was, it won’t be lol. I jest.

I’m assuming you’ve had your thyroid checked and shit since you’ve been to an endo?

Wait your test is in range but you say you “feel” like your estro is crashed? So you’re saying you think you somehow indefinitely affected your body’s aromatization process?

I can show the bloodwork but my test was in the 400’s and my estrogen was in the 20’s but this was few months ago since than my body has become my drier and lethargic than ever. So I’m assuming I just need little bit of estrogen conversion to feel normal but it hasn’t happend in months.

I see. I would get bloods and possibly get the sensitive estrogen test as a member here explained how he had bloods done without the sensitive and it came back in the 20s but got them done at the same time with the sensitive and his estro was barely registering.

But Whats the point I know my estrogen is on the lower side, it’s obviously not on the higher side, my body is super dry with lethargicness, if my estrogen is normal and high than this issue would be something else and wouldn’t even post on here.

Because you said you haven’t gotten bloods in a few months… how do you know your estro is on the low end? Because you’re dry and lethargic? You are saying you have issues but don’t want to get a snap shot of wtf is going on in your body. I wouldn’t go by “feel” at this point. It could be something other than your estrogen levels. The point is we don’t know and you don’t know either. Lethargy is a symptom of high estrogen as well. Doubt you have high estrogen but I’m just driving home the point that so many others will tell you. Get bloods.

Maybe you don’t function well at 400 test. Someone more experience should chime in and maybe you need to redo pct or start pinning again… maybe you need to go to a different doctor who can help you with this instead of just telling your current one you think you have crashed estrogen and them telling you they’ve never had a patient with crashed estrogen.

But how do you KNOW your estrogen is low? By feel? It could be a multitude of different issues.

Do not take fkn dbol for crashed e2. You need HCG. HCG will produce aromatase. Dbol will just make its own type of estrogen.

But you have no fucking idea where you’re estrogen is. You need to find out where the fuck it is before fucking with more shit.

But. HCG.

Lol my Dbol comment (if you’re referring to mine with the Dbol comment) was a joke.

You need to try testosterone propionate, it doesn’t lead to moonface/water like enanthate/cypionate.

No idea why, it’s one of those broscience things that just happens to be true. It has nothing to do with diet/bulking/E2/etc.
