Can we all look at his post history for a sec? Look at this thread he started from 2018:

https://www.steroidsourcetalk.org/m...ridden-for-a-week-now-with-puffy-nipples-Help

"HI guys, I’m a 21 year old guy I started my 500mg test a week test e cycle with aromasin about 2 months when I started I was dealing with puffy nipples so upped my aromasin and ended up crashing my estrogen bad so I stopped using the aromasin a month ago while continuing my 500mg test a week.

I’ve gone from 260-280lb around 10-12% the last 2 months and visibly look more bloated and holding water retention, and the low estrogen effects are super lethargic and tired, I haven’t gone to the gym or done anything in a almost a week because I just feel like pure shit, my eyes are so dry all the time, my lips are dry, my body looks flat and dry, my neck is super stiff when I turn it cracks."

So let me get this straight. He was 21 years old running his first cycle and he was 260-280 lbs at 10-12% body fat? Living legend.

This guy’s trolling. /endthread
Let me explain, I have been lifting since I was 14 and I had been doing roids for a few years prior that’s why I was 280lbs and I had higher bodyfat.

Prior to that I was around 220lb and felt good and right now I’m back to 230lbs down from 280lbs 8 months ago in order to feel better again. I did not look good or feel good when i was 280 and too high of bodyfat

I don’t think he’s trolling, I think he’s dabbled in Test at a high dose, popped some AI and get himself all out of whack.

And he’s more then likely obese at 280lbs.

He probably shut his natural production down and feels like shit.

I recommend a normal diet, not necessarily the keto, just some meat, veggies, fruits. Doesn’t have to be fancy.

Next pull your pants down and shoot about 75mg of T in your glute, do this twice a week. Don’t touch any AI.

See what you feel like in a few weeks. You’re describing the symptoms of low T, no energy, brain fog. Classic.

The problem with all of this is the idea of a 21 year old taking AAS. Doesn’t make sense unless you’re getting paid to compete. I was stronger in my twenties and early 30’s with no PED then I am now in my mid 40’s on AAS.

I don’t understand these young guys taking this stuff, because most of us know it’s gonna knock a few years off our lives even taking it later in life. We accept that because being old and weak sucks.

First of all you should have never touched this stuff at your age.

Did you think down the road that this might screw up your hormones for life?

See a good Endo and start a legit PCT, someone that is gonna get you back to normal levels. You might have to go on TRT, since you did this stuff at a young age.

And another thing, 500mg of Test is too much, you didn’t need that much to accomplish your goals. I compare it to using a cup of syrup on your pancakes or pouring a gallon all over the plate, on the table, spilling it on the floor. Your body only has so many receptors.

You could have myriad different diseases or issues that have crashed e2 symptoms.
Yes could be but Im a healthy 24 year old and lets be honest the chances are low especially cause I know I’m dealing with t his crashed estrogen.

Like i said I’ve done research, I even called two doctors and they said all my bloodwork, hormones were fine and the only thing it could be was sleep apnea and they even told me “THey dont know”.

I went out today to move some couple pieces of funiture and could barely do it, because I was just too faitgued.

Although i’ve never been one to move furniture even when i was 220lbs and lower although I can do hours of cardio in the gym.

My solution has been to lower my muscle mass and bodyfat as low as I can and raise my estrogen.

I have a very much endomorphic metabolism and the muscle and fat loss is very slow despite eating no more than 800 or so claories a day

The goal is to be around 200/210lbs as that’s where I felt the best a year or two ago.

How do i got about raising my testosterone? Well I don’t really know because there’s all kinds of differnt info online.

I’ve been fasting till late afternoon though for the past few months almost a 24 hour fast, I don’t really feel like that’s helping and like I said I’ve been doing this for months.

The only thing that i know from personal expierence is intense running/excercise, I normally feel somewhat better and “boosted the next day or two”. But i’m talking jogging for an hour and half at max heart rate which I’m not able to do right now. But there is something about pushing yourself to max heart rate for an hour plus that makes me feel better and almost like a get a test boost from it.

Godddddddddddd shut the fuck up and listen to what we are telling you. You clearly haven’t done dick all for research and you have not the first fucking clue what you are doing or talking about. You’ve spoken with multiple doctors who tell you that you are wrong, and your blood work is flat out undeniable proof that you are wrong, yet here you are trying to convince us of some made up fucking crashed estrogen despite blood work clearly showing you that IT IS NOT CRASHED. Move the FUCK on and start doing some real research to find the cause of your issues because whatever you’ve done so far has turned you into an absolute fucking dolt. I’d be far more concerned about your delusions and overall cognitive function than your achy joints at this point in the game.

Sorry I’m being mean, and no I’m not mad at you, but you need to stop talking back and listen. Straight up.

Also, you’re nowhere near being a healthy 24 year old you jackass. You’re a fat steroid user eating a 500 calorie per day Ethiopian diet with joint lubrication that makes the tin man look highly mobile–that is the furthest fucking thing from healthy.

Have you every had mono?

That can knock you on your ass for a long time. I know I suffered from it for months.

There’s research that points to chronic fatigue syndrome triggered by Epstein Barr Virus.

Honestly there’s a long list of viruses that can screw up your energy levels and you’ll never even know you have them.

Are you sexually active…engaging in oral sex with whores? The ladies carry a lot of nasty these days.

Thank you for that post but I don’t know really what to say, i’m doing everything in my power to feel okay again, I’m giving up my muscle mass(havent lifted in 8 months and don’t plan on to), food(eating less than 1000 cals a day), talked to multiple doctors over the course of the last 6-8 months, done hours of research.

Back in 2016/2017 I wuould of never htough I’d feel like this, i was literally in the gym HOURS everyday and felt good. Id never thought I couldn’t even workout for an hour a day and it’s making me miserable.

People keep saying to get bloodwork and I have my e2 was in normal range but I’ve only been feeling like its getting lower, I feel like i have to wait for my test to convert to esto to get the water again.

Even if you can only work out for 30 minutes, do it. Something is better than nothing in terms of your well being. Just a jog even, swimming, light machines, anything.

Eating less than 1000 calories per day is incredibly unhealthy and isn’t going to make you feel any better, only worse.

The doctors told you that your estrogen was fine, right? So listen to them if the blood work was taken when you were feeling like it was “crashed”. That isn’t to say you couldn’t have another issue, but with estrogen it’s pretty clear cut.

To solve your estrogen concerns for once and for all, if you feel like your estrogen is low today, go get blood work done today, and if it comes back normal then for the last time you need to COMPLETELY RULE OUT crashed estrogen as the cause for your issues. That simple. Pick a day where your symptoms are bad, where you’re ever so “sure” it’s crashed, and get labs done. There’s your 100% definitive answer.

Idk how much more clear cut this can be, everyone is telling you to do the same thing. Your personal feelings on this don’t mean anything, the numbers do. It’s like me claiming I’m at 5000 ng/dl on 50 mg of test, it doesn’t fucking mean anything without the results themselves to back it up.

Hi guys, still dealing with this damn issue, I called my doctor she said all my bloodwork and hormones were good, and wouldn’t give me another e2 test.

From my research i’ve boiled down my lower energy to low e2, too much muscle mass is a problem too and it’s been 8 months since i’ve lifted but I’m still holding a lot of muscle, down to 230 right now trying to get to 210/220.

What Im feeling right now dry face, dry neck and stiffness in neck and joints, brain fog, low sense of wel lbeing. i’ve been fasting almost 20 hours+ daily which hasn’t been helping my t much either.

Either listen to what I told you to do or stop posting this stupid shit over and over and over again. Nobody is going to tell you anything else that will help you beyond what I and everybody else already repeatedly did.

You aren’t limited to only one doctor, and you don’t need a doctor to get blood work done.

If you think that your estrogen is low right now, go get a private blood test done right now and IF IT DOESN’T COME BACK LOW YOU DO NOT HAVE LOW ESTROGEN. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS HAVING CRASHED E2 WITHOUT IT SHOWING ON BLOOD WORK. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.

Stop eating 500 calories per day.

You’re 230 lbs and fat. You don’t have anywhere near too much muscle mass.

Fucking brain fog my dick hole, you have straight up cognitive distortions going on.

I absolutely appreciate that post, and that is my next step to call several doctors and get an e2 test until than I just feel awful everyday with no energy.

and I don’t have much bf im prbably 12-15% bf but your probably right about I don’t have too much muscle but I figured that was a posisbility.

Well i’ve contacted several doctors for bloodwork and explaned my symptons, pretty self explanatory so I hope I don’t get refused bloodwork which would be outright unfair.

Dude.

I’m still under the impression this is a troll, but if not, google PrivateMDLabs and look up the bloodwork page on the r/steroids wiki.

Sounds like you don’t exactly have much of an option then, do you? Use the money you’ve saved from starving yourself to pay for the blood work out of pocket.

I have insurance and still chose PMDlabs.

I find it’s cheaper for me to run all my labs through Labcorp paying out of pocket.

I’m not wasting time with doctors visits, my lab work is back quickly, and I keep my privacy, mostly hiding my UGL AAS use from my PCP.
