So if your wondering how i crashed my estrogen i use some aromasin back in january instantly i felt my face and body dry up…

But Im wondering if i should use it again, due to the fact that it raises test to? and im dealing with some minor gyno, im already feelign shitty but i wonder would my test go back to normal after i stop using it? or what?
Yeah man if you crash your E2 hard enough it will buffer underflow and to back to maximum, then the Asin will lower it to normal.

Fasting 20+hours…out of energy…hmmmm go eat a whole pizza and chug a weight gainer shake and I guarantee that fixes the problem.

You don’t udnerstand I was eating 300+g of carbs and no energy, so I was eating all the carbs in the around I just ended up gagining fat and feel shitty from the carbs.


Well Im down to 6ft, 220lbs, test levels are normal, estrogen levels are normal-low, still no energy, dealing with minor gyno and puffiness from a year prior.

PLan is to continue trimming down my fat/muscle as much as I can. I have some arimidex too and wondering if i should use it to help increase my test/get rid of these puffy nipples I have .

Go to the gym and do long moderate intensity cardio. Force yourself to do this, doesn’t matter if you’re tired or not, you need to get your blood flowing for at least an hour each day.

And 6’ 220lbs is getting close to obese. Eat a low fat diet with lots of cruciferous veggies and lean meats. You’re probably insulin resistant carrying too much fat, I’d suspect you have a belly…no shame if you do, it’s not that hard to lose.

Even if you’re exhausted, force yourself to workout, get that heart rate pounding. Then come back and ask for help.
