Hey guys I’m 24 years old 230lbs, I came off test about a year ago and got several bloodwork since than which showed my test and estrogen and all my other bloodwork to be normal.

I took some aromasin last in January due to some puffy nipples and since than haven’t touched an ai.

Since than I’ve got bloodwork of my e2 and test which show they are in normal range but the only problem is the last few months I’ve been feeling awful to the point where I have no energy to workout or do anything, truly belive this is one of the worst things in the world cause I litreally feel like death 24/7.

I’ve basically narrowed it down to being crashed estrogen as i have extremely dry stiffness all over, foggy brain, depression and no energy.

Any advice on what to do? The only thing is intense working out may give me a boost in test but I literally have no energy to even workout because my body is so dry and exhausted. Thanks in advance.

I’ve been doing eevrything else I can to feel better, sleep 8-10 hours, Keto diet with no carbs, lose all excess muscle mass, etc. and still feel awful when i wake up

I’ve gone to the doctors and they said that the only thing that can cause low energy is sleep apnea and the endcrognolgist I went to said she’s never had a patient for crashed estrogen.
You felt good on Test right? So start taking testosterone again and see how you feel.
I felt better and decent but I hate the water retention that I get from test, I look fatter and worse when I’m on it.

Plus I don’t want to keep injecting myself and want to stay off.
You need to try testosterone propionate, it doesn’t lead to moonface/water like enanthate/cypionate.

No idea why, it’s one of those broscience things that just happens to be true. It has nothing to do with diet/bulking/E2/etc.
My thing is I’m not interested in using steroids/or building muscle in fact I’m trying to cut all excess muscle out all the way down till i’m 210/220

I woke up today I could feel my whole skull, skin all dry and stiff, same thing with my shoulders and again no energy at all.

I’ve done my research and really as long as all bloodwork is normal the only thing that could cause fatigue is crashed estro and it makes sense that i have this dryness and stifness.

Truly unlucky and since I’ve come off testerone in a year maybe my body is struggling to convert estro.

I use to workout for hours, doing hours of cardio and lifting, sometimes twice a day.

To now I can’t even workout an hour a day.

Truly insane, I’m the same bodyweight too, same bloodwork only difference is my estrogen is crashed.

I’m not saying take testosterone for muscle, but for well-being and quality of life.

What is your natural baseline? If it’s under 500 ng/dL and you have symptoms, then take testosterone. Run HCG at 1,500 IU if you care about fertility/ball size. (HCG can cause water retention in some people)

Here’s my prescription.

Diet down and see how you feel. If you’re not losing weight then starve yourself eating maybe 500 calories a day of nutrient packed foods.

Next you’re gonna order some Test and Masteron and you’re gonna shoot that in your ass.

In six weeks you’ll have all the test and DHT you need to improve your mental and physical endurance.

Limit it to no more then 250mg per week of half Test/half Mast. Take two or three injections per week. I just shot some propionate T/M in my ass an hour ago and I feel fantastic getting ready to head to the gym and I’m almost twice your age.

Problem solved. Stop worrying about your estrogen.

You feel like shit because 400 isn’t enough for a man your age, it’s not enough for any man to feel great.

The thing is I would but I gain a bloat/water retention on test about 5 lbs or so at the lowest dose and look worse. On top of that I don’t want to go back on testosterone and t han have to deal with coming off because I’ve struggled coming off of test since last august, almost a year.

You are not listening brother,
  1. What are your natural testosterone levels right now? You say you are struggling, maybe the levels are low and they ain’t coming back up. Do you have your natural baseline before your cycle?
  2. As i said, test prop does NOT cause water retention like enanthate/cypionate.

You don’t have bloodwork, but you’ve determined that the cause of your lethargy is crashed E2? This self-diagnosis is beyond retarded. It could be high cortisol. It could be sleep apnea. It could be Lyme disease. It could be lupus. It could be all in your head. It could be a million things, none of which have anything to do with low estrogen.

You can’t have crashed estrogen with normal levels of estrogen on blood work, the fuck?

The symptons i have crashed joints and dryness and fatigue have to do with crashed estrogen.

You have to factor in i came off testosterone about a year ago so my body is probably having trouble producting estro.

At the end of the day I know this is estrogen and if it’s not, well the only thing is a tumor or cancer because there is nothing really else that can be causing this fatigue and dryness.

Get a god damn sensitive estrogen test and report back.

Because biology is often the ultimate troll (have you ever looked at the tongue of a woodpecker? Crazy shit) low estrogen and high estrogen share many of the same symptoms. Depending on when you took that aromasin it could’ve tanked your estrogen a while after that.

If you’re refusing to get bloodwork there really isn’t anything to discuss. The point to getting bloodwork done is to get a snapshot of all the other things that impact your endocrine system. It’s not unheard of to take a year or longer to have your natural testosterone production rebound fully, and that’s assuming you weren’t going full retard with things, and that your nutsack was up to snuff in the first place. Based on this thread, I have my doubts about that… did you even PCT? What did you take? Because you haven’t mentioned that. BTW, you can do a sleep apnea test with your smartphone for $0.

Right now you’re at the side of the road, telling me you have three good tires and refusing to check the fourth even though your car was crabbing and there are warning lights on the dashboard and there’s a trail of shredded rubber in the direction you came from. Help us help you bro.

Oh, and you really don’t need to bump your thread.

There are too many words here. You said your estrogen is in range, but also say you think it’s crashed? Get another blood test and report back.
I was the second person to comment on your post 9 days ago, and the advice remains the same

GET BLOOD WORK

Guys I have had several bloodwork tests since I’ve been dealing with this for months.

I will post them now.

Like I said I have talked to an endocrinologist she said she never had a patient for low estrogen ever, which makes sense because i use anti estrogen and that’s a rare case. I used aromasin to lower my estrogen but this i was 7-8 months ago around January.

I have talked to few doctors and they said my weight(muscle and fat) and a long with sleep apnea is a possibilt which im looking into that.

At the moment I have been trying to get rid of most of my muscle and fat, as I really don’t care about have muscles at all, for health and personal reasons. As I use to be obssessed about being “big and muscular”. I’m only eating around 500-1000 calories a day on keto, and trust me I was eating high carbs for months thinking it would give me energy and sitll felt shitty so that doesnt work.

I have looked at my past bloodwork when i felt good and had tons of energy, others as well, and done research into what causes low energy and concluded as long as all main bloodwork numbers are normal there’s nothing that would cause such a decrease in energy besides, very low estrogen. As there’s men that have had low test numbers and have had felt normal

Does the blood work show crashed estrogen?

If not, your estrogen is not crashed.
If so, then your estrogen is crashed.

There is no grey area here. It is that simple.

In theory yes but the problem is my body is dried up exeactly what crashed estrogen would do that being said my libido is fine but everything else such as energy levels, joints, brain fog, low sense of well being points it being low.

I have literallt woken up with no energy to workout or do anything when before I use to feel great and worked out for hours, my body is stiff, and dry, like my neck is super dry, my face and eyes are too.

The issues you are experiencing are not at all limited to only estrogen. If your blood work shows your estrogen to be in line, that’s that, it isn’t crashed. Time to start looking at other possibilities because crashed estrogen is no longer one of them (assuming your blood work doesn’t indicate that it is crashed).

Can we all look at his post history for a sec? Look at this thread he started from 2018:

https://www.steroidsourcetalk.org/m...ridden-for-a-week-now-with-puffy-nipples-Help

"HI guys, I’m a 21 year old guy I started my 500mg test a week test e cycle with aromasin about 2 months when I started I was dealing with puffy nipples so upped my aromasin and ended up crashing my estrogen bad so I stopped using the aromasin a month ago while continuing my 500mg test a week.

I’ve gone from 260-280lb around 10-12% the last 2 months and visibly look more bloated and holding water retention, and the low estrogen effects are super lethargic and tired, I haven’t gone to the gym or done anything in a almost a week because I just feel like pure shit, my eyes are so dry all the time, my lips are dry, my body looks flat and dry, my neck is super stiff when I turn it cracks."

So let me get this straight. He was 21 years old running his first cycle and he was 260-280 lbs at 10-12% body fat? Living legend.

This guy’s trolling. /endthread
