Been running the grey tops for about 2 months now. This is my first ever run with GH, so I started with 2iu for the first month, bumped it up to 3iu for the second month. I’m about to enter month 3, and wanna bump it up to 4iu. Previously I have been pinning it all at once before bed on training days. Now that I’m about to bump it to 4iu, should I split it into 2 pins of 2iu each, morning and night, or is one pin of 4iu at night okay? Thoughts?
Been absolutely loving the results so far, currently equal to my all time heaviest but noticeably leaner than last time. Thanks Opti, couldn’t be happier!
