Made my first order with GGC on Wednesday afternoon, had tracking number on Thursday, and the product arrived on Friday afternoon.

Ok I think I've used the GH enough to give a review.

Been taking 4 iu before bed. So the dose is fairly low I don't expect anything crazy. But consistently my sleep is very deep and is actually evident on my Apple watch the REM increased. I wouldn't say lifts have gone up but they feel "better" . So maybe I had some injuries I didn't fully notice that the growth has helped with. I'm excited to take this while in a caloric surplus eventually.

For the price and the effect I'll definitely buy again. I'd like to see some user reviews about their Tirzepatide if anyone has used it.

what time do you train? if you train during the day/afternoon, I would suggest doing your shot first thing in the morning on a empty stomach, this way you will feel fuller and better off to train, if you do the shot at night, you will feel tighter and hold slightly less water, this is what I have found to be true with my extensive experience with GH

p.s. i forgot to add, your natural GH production is highest during sleep, a theory says that if you poke at night your hindering your own production from working, although in the morning you will be low on natural GH, thus making sense to do shots in the morning, i might be wrong im NOT an expert, but I do have lots of experience and have done many studies for my own knowledge, there is no such thing as too much knowledge.

I'm going by the theory that through the night your not taking in any food so the excess GH isn't going to affect blood glucose as much and help prevent insulin resistance. I lift at like 11 AM but walk in the morning before that. I mention the workout in my post because I do feel like my lifts have been better since taking it, but it might literally just be how well I'm sleeping lmao.

Sent them an email using tutanota. Hopefully they get back to me when new stock is in as is like to re up on my hgh. Just resumed taking 4iu EOD for my nagging knee issue. Hopefully it helps, I'm getting tired of it.

Nice to see a newer Canadian source with great reviews!

Hey everyone. I recently got my IGF-1 tested to get my baseline bloods done before I started my cycle. The only thing I’m currently on during the test was 5iu of GGC batch 15. 2.5iu morning/2.5 post workout. I did not dose before this test as I wanted my blood glucose to be more accurate. My results came back at 401. I’m a 35Y/O male FYI.

Now I have no proof to show you as this test was sent out 3rd party and my doctor had to phone me with the result so I have no paperwork to show you guys. But if you have any doubts this stuff is legit.
